There are type of improve muscle in human body. some type of the muscle workout is based on the maximum load that means with minimum of the repetition. The other aspect of the muscle improvement is a performance with low amount of the load and high number of repetition.
We are going to explain the methods to improve your muscle endurance. before start any exercise program you have to make sure, don't have the any clinical problem to do exercise. the second step to start is definition of muscle and choose the main an other joint to make exercise. for example maybe you would like to improve your abdomial more than the elbow muscle or you like to improve more the flexor muscle in leg more than the extensors muscle.
