The human cells need the oxygen to do metabolism and any work outs. The oxygen transportation in body is dong by cardiovascular system. This system pumped the blood by the heart and transport it to the cells and muscle cells.
During the moderate and high intensity activities, the body need the more oxygen to make the energy (ATP). So we can find that any increase the physical activity need more oxygen and more blood transportation by the heart. So increase the activity intensity will increase the heart rate.
Hart rate has to monitored by the coach and athletes during the exercise. any informal increase and decrease the heart rate my make the problem to human health. hart rate is deference by several factors as well as the age, sex, fitness level and some other...
You may find the maximum hart rate be a sample formula: 220-age
Not: During the exercise you have to monitor and adjust your exercise according to the maximum hart rate.
