Fitness means being able to do exercise and also some performance in physical activities. And also some investigation have define the fitness as having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible in daily work and jobs. We may improve or fitness level by several method. fitness may improve by controlling the daily diet and also regular physical activity.All the time we have to try to improve it, even a little bit!

 

How we have to improve the fitness? Before any improvements or start any fitness program we have to know our baseline fitness level. The previous study by other researcher have been shown that there are several method to determination of the fitness level.

Some factors as well as the body compositions, Aerobic and Anaerobic performance and fitness are important factors to determination of the fitness level. After determination of the fitness level you may start your fitness program. you have to check time by time your score and probably modify your program to achieve the best results.
